Motivation Monday: 6/8

Yesterday felt good to finally get a long run in.

8:21/mile

It was a very humid run through the trails.  There were very few people out because the rain had just stopped, so it was eerily quiet.

Today's workout plans are spin class tonight and a chest and back workout.
